North Korea is on the headlines of the global media following its rocket launch and its aftermath, but this news of the first Italian restaurant in Pyongyang seem to have been bypassed (these photos have been released by North Korea's news agency and featured in China's Xinhua). It seems North Korean chefs have created fusion pizzas with some Korean ingredients, as is done in South Korea. Kitchen staff are wearing face masks for hygiene purposes and not because of the swine flu precaution.
