Commentary: Concurrent with the multilateral, negotiated settlement with North Korea on security issues that may lead to a peace treaty that would officially end the Korean War , the UN should be discussing internally the inevitable and foreseeable disbandment of the UN Command in Korea -- an anachronistic and near-defunct remnant of the Cold War era.
